Join Our Team as an Information Technology Procurement Analyst! In this entry-level role, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the company to ensure compliance with our technology procurement policies and procedures. Under the guidance of the Director, you'll gain valuable experience by supporting technology procurement changes through evaluating our current technology portfolio. Additionally, you'll assist with technology renewals as needed, providing essential support to keep our systems up-to-date.
What You Can Expect
Assist in standardizing Brown-Forman’s technology portfolio by identifying overlapping functionalities to streamline systems and improve efficiency.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of Brown-Forman's procurement and technology policies.
Identify opportunities for technology consolidation and effectively communicate these changes to the business.
Conduct thorough research and develop detailed Request for Proposals (RFPs) to support strategic technology investments.
Clearly communicate technology consolidation decisions to relevant business areas to ensure smooth transitions and alignment across departments.
Ensure adherence to technology procurement policies and procedures to maintain standards and support organizational goals.
What You Bring To The Table
Bachelor degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field.
2-4 years of professional experience in a corporate or office environment preferably in technology, procurement or finance.
Basic level understanding of the role of procurement in an organization.
Passion for driving efficiency and change.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organize cross-functional team meetings.
What Makes You Unique
Ability to conduct RFx (Request for Proposal) events, knowledge of technology contracts, and/or negotiation skills. Agility and continuous improvement.
Working Arrangement
In-office at the Brown-Forman Louisville, Kentucky Corporate Headquarters Monday to Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
