Role Responsibilities:

Coordinate and report the intake of IT procurement, IT finance, and IT vendor requests

Conduct detailed analysis of vendor spending patterns and prepare regular reports on vendor expenditure for management review

Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for optimizing vendor spend
-
Develop, evaluate, and maintain performance scorecards to track vendor effectiveness and key performance indicators (KPIs)
-
Monitor and analyze vendor and contract performance to identify areas for improvement, risks, and terms
-
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to forecast demand, assess supplier risk, and identify trends
-
Ensure all vendor requirements are documented and addressed in a timely manner
-
Work with IT teams to create reports and dashboards to support decision-making
-
Liaise with legal, procurement, and compliance departments to ensure alignment and adherence to policies
-
Maintain and organize a secure repository for all vendor contracts, ensuring easy access and retrieval while adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
Experience in data analysis, business analysis, procurement, contracts, pricing methodologies (IT preferred)

Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
