Job Description
CyberArk, a rapidly growing security leader seeking a Senior PMO to build a world-class work management system for our IT departments. You’ll lead the charge in streamlining processes across diverse tools (Monday.com, Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow), unifying fragmented budgets, and driving cultural change.
This is not your average PMO role. You'll:
- Design a holistic vision and practical roadmap for work management: Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and create a future-proof system for maximum efficiency.
- Manage the department Portfolio – based on business objectives and IT department needs.
- Champion cultural and technical change initiatives: Lead the team through adopting new tools, workflows, and mindsets to embrace the vision.
- Orchestrate resources across a global team including developing and managing department budgets. Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with budget allocations. Identify and address budget variances, implementing cost-saving measures when necessary, Serve as the primary liaison for all procurement processes.
- Implement robust risk management strategies: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships at all levels: Collaborate with project teams, team leaders, executives, and other stakeholders to build trust and drive project success. Lead regular cadences like QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) to communicate project progress, budget performance, and strategic insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications
- At least 8 years of significant experience in project management, preferably within a global IT context.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Experience in leading and implementing work process transformations (Office of the CIO a plus).
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is desirable.
Leadership Skills:
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Understand organizational goals and translate them into actionable project plans.
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Analytical Abilities:
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Additional Qualifications: Self-starter, Motivated, and highly organized.
