IT Platform Analyst
 

To build and deploy end to end IT solutions for business and markets, involving configuring and integrating standard applications with minimum customization or software development. Is a counterpart of the Architects and works together with IT Business Analyst, Product Owner and third parties (Vendor) in the scrum teams to develop, guide/help and oversee/implement IT solutions.  An individual who is an expert in detailed technical design, compliance and quality assurance.

Position Requirements:

  • Knowledge of CLM business processes and its KPI’s, including best practices to support the relevant business processes

  • 7+ years Full Stack Development experience with expertise in React.js (frontend) and Java (backend) to build modern, scalable web applications in an IT-as-a-Product (ITaaP) environment.

  • 12+ years of IT experience, including Agile

  • Ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams to build AI-powered use cases

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, to design, develop, and deploy robust features, ensuring a seamless user experience and service-centric architecture.

  • Experience in tools like Vistex, Conga is good to have

  • Must have excellent knowledge and implementation experience in CLM domain and data flows

  • Experienced with coaching and guiding developers

  • Integration knowledge, as well as experience in requirement gathering, fit gap, translating business requirement into high level solutions and detailed functional design

  • Basic understanding of Quote to Cash process

  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others

  • Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Creates formal networks involving coordination among global teams

  • Good communication and presentation skills

Role Description:

  • Translates business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications in accordance with approved IT Architecture.

  • Provides feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes

  • Ensures that the solutions design/ technology meets the functional and non-functional requirements as well as the platform architecture principles & guidelines.

  • Provide feedback on continuous improvement to architecture community

  • Supports Platform Solution Manager, architect in evaluating the solution feasibility, solution design and high-level estimation, and timely provision of technical environments.

  • Develops and provides required user training for the implemented application.

  • Collaborate with Business, BPO/BPEs, IT Business Partners, Architects and Platform Solution Manager to elaborate on the requirements.

  • Understands how the IT solution supports the Business Process E2E. Has process and IT landscape expertise on Sector level, BG, Markets or Functions.

  • Responsible to promote out of the box functionality to BPEs/BPO and Business community.

  • Develop user stories/ wireframes (both functional and system operational requirements), maintain product backlog and work with client on elaboration and ambiguity resolution.

  • Prior to UAT validates that solution meets business requirements.

  • Responsible to validate test plan and functional test cases and sign off acceptance of the product

  • Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence.

  • Responsible for Software Quality, Compliance & Regulatory aspects of the solution.

Ensure seamless business operations support (third line) when needed.
