Our IT Operations Team is core to the growth of our organisation. This team works on a wide range of challenges, including providing support to over 250 employees in a professional manner - teams are distributed across North America, EMEA and Asia.

As an IT Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping onboard and support our growing international teams and systems. You’ll work closely with a number of teams, including, but not limited to, HR, Engineering and Sales. As we scale, you will play a key role in building new processes and continuously finding new ways to improve our infrastructure, security and systems. 

What you’ll do

  • Resolve tickets for all internal requests related to software, hardware, networking and equipment issues
  • Troubleshooting on various tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Atlassian, Kandji, Intune and others
  • Lead lifecycle onboarding and offboarding for employees, including accounts, hardware logistics and training
  • Plan, maintain and manage inventory logistics for all equipment, including shipping to local and international employees within the APAC region
  • Ability to define and automate company processes to help scale the company proactively

About you:

  • Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services for a growing organisation
  • Strong experience with Mac OS and Windows
  • Proficient with modern cloud applications and interfaces
  • Ability to operate with a “security first” mindset
  • Experience of working with a modern ticketing system
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Natural problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
CompensationThe salary range for this role is $107,000 - $112,000 + bonus, equity, and benefits. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.
