Architect multi-turn agent loops, tool orchestration (MCP), runtime isolation, evaluation harnesses, and performance optimizations while recruiting, mentoring, and shipping high-performance systems in a hands-on player-coach role.

Lead architecture and implementation of large-scale distributed systems and internal platforms.
