Design and develop Instabase services, applications, user interfaces, platform components, and reusable frontend technologies. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver features from ideation through production. Evaluate frontend libraries, maintain the frontend stack, and create capabilities used by other teams. Early-career engineers contribute to the codebase quickly and help shape product direction.

Provide high-trust executive support to the CEO and leadership team by managing calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, communications, confidential information, events, board and investor activities, and special projects. Prepare briefings, track decisions and commitments, coordinate cross-functional priorities, and create systems that improve executive effectiveness. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, communication, and flexibility while working regularly in person in San Francisco.
