Responsibilities:
Performing configuration changes/updates to 3rd party products
Provide production support, work on tickets, issues etc
Develop and Maintain APIs , scripts
Provide, improve, and enhance the stability of supported IT applications to business operations by gradually reducing tickets through root cause analysis and proposing permanent fixes to the respective team.
Maintain and manage file transfers
Work with SQL DB (extraction, updates etc)
- Should be conversant with SQL server environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
4 to 6 years of hands-on in production support and development
Java Web Technologies: Java/JDK 7.0/8.0, J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, JSF, EJB 2.0/3.0, Java Beans, Spring, Jenkins, SpringBoot, RMI, JNDI, JMS, Soap/REST Web Services, SQL, Oracle Database. WebSphere and Biztalk experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management and security best practices
Service Now CMDB Mappings and maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Participate in US Shift hours (Full time US)
