IIS Management & Windows Services:
Configure and manage IIS (application pools, websites).
Diagnose and resolve IIS-related issues (HTTP errors, application crashes).
Familiarity with IIS logs and Windows Performance Monitor.
Understanding of web technologies (e.g., ASP.NET, .NET Core).
Windows Services:
Knowledge of creating, installing, and managing Windows Services.
Understanding service lifecycle management (start, stop, pause, resume).
Troubleshooting issues related to Windows Services.
Scripting and Automation:
Proficient in PowerShell, CMD or other scripting languages.
Monitoring Tools:
App Dynamics/ScienceLogic configurations and monitoring.
DevOps:
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHUB, and Jenkins preferred.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and/or other collaboration software systems preferred.
Understanding of Windows Server, Firewall and networking concepts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Strong skills in root cause analysis and diagnosing issues on Windows platform.
Ability to interpret SQL Server and IIS logs.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management and security best practices
Knowledge of cloud services either Azure or AWS.
