Position Objective:
Carry out operational processes and procedures to ensure that IT services comply with operational standards. Responsible for maintaining support infrastructure for incident resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- Advanced English proficiency
- 1 year of experience in network, server, and storage support; incident and service outage management; ticketing systems
Responsibilities:
- Manage pending tickets according to priority order or level of criticality
- Work remotely with different support teams
- Knowledge of information technologies for diagnosing systems, servers, networks, and cybersecurity issues
- Assist senior operations engineers in designing and implementing new solutions
- Help maintain and update documentation
- Resolve virtualization issues
- Participate in planning sessions, daily meetings, and backlog review sessions
- Perform other assigned duties
- Comply with all company policies and standards
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 licensing in an enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing models, SKUs, and entitlement structures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret licensing and financial data.
- Experience working with large user populations and complex organizational structures.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting organizations with 10,000+ users.
- Familiarity with license management through Entra ID, Intune, or similar identity and device management platforms.
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, or cost management related to SaaS licensing.
- Advanced skills in Excel, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Graph API and Entra ID Powershell
