- Oversee the installation and configuration of diverse hardware and software, including printers, network cards, photocopiers, and tablets.
- Align technical solutions with user requirements to support the development and implementation of organizational policies.
- Proactively identify operational challenges and execute strategic solutions to resolve issues promptly.
- Uphold strict protocols for asset preservation, information security, and access control structures.
- Continuously monitor network and IT infrastructure performance, scheduling essential maintenance tasks such as data backups.
- Manage troubleshooting procedures, hardware repairs, and data restoration efforts to minimize downtime.
- Enforce security measures for networks, data storage, and communication channels to protect sensitive information.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and integrate new, reliable IT systems and technologies.
- Manage software licensing, adhere to upgrade schedules, and provide expert recommendations for hardware replacements.
