This is a hands-on onsite (Orlando, FL) role Monday to Friday supporting warehouse operations where network availability directly impacts receiving, storage, picking, shipping, inventory management, voice picking, scanning, printing, and product movement.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of IT/networking experience and a strong interest in hands-on network support. The individual will work closely with Network Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations, Warehouse Technology, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues and maintain reliable technology services across the distribution center.

  • Troubleshoot voice device connectivity, login, roaming, headset, and communication issues.

  • Assist with device provisioning, replacement, testing, and deployment.
  • Maintain spare voice devices and accessories as required.
