Job Description
Solidigm is looking for a MS Dynamics Architect with experience in implementing Dynamics CRM for similar technology companies. Candidate should be proficient Sales and Service modules of the CRM and the entire sales cycle from leads to orders. Architect will design and implement Dynamics working with PM, business stakeholders and our implementation partners. Candidate should be able to provide innovative solutions leveraging mostly “out of the box” functionality to increase usability and functionality of the CRM and integration with other systems.
Job responsibilities
- The Solution Architect will lead the design and delivery of our CRM Solution from the ground up
- Work with business leaders and implementation partners in understanding the business need
- Transform that into solutions, following best practices that will allow us to scale as we grow and be easily maintained
- Design the integrations to other systems working with the system leads
- Work with implementation partners in implementing the solution
- Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary.
- Define training needs within the team and coach other team members
- Ensure progress updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally.
- Triage support issues and provide maintenance break / fix support
- Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration test plans
- Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team
- Be a champion for both technical and functional solutions across the Dynamics platform, driving the adoption of new features and technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field is required with 10+ years of related technical experience implementing
- Experience in implementing and developing customer relationship solutions in Hi-Tech domain with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience in understanding Business Requirements and mapping dynamics standard flows, reducing development effort and simplifying delivery
- Have an exceptional understanding of MS Dynamics technical and functional capabilities especially around the Sales and Service modules
- Deep understanding and experience in integration with PRM, Model N and ERP for payment
- Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning and early live support.
- Experience in Microsoft software stack Azure SQL/SQL Server, PowerApps, Visual Studio Team Service preferred
- Certifications in the skills above a plus but not mandated
Additional Information
For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $107,450 - $169,240. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
