IT Manager

Summary:
The IT Manager is responsible for managing the IT operations of a group of three companies within the organization. This role involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure, and leading a team of IT professionals to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Operations Management:
  

  • Manage day-to-day IT operations, including network administration, system maintenance, and user support.
    

  • Ensure the reliability and security of IT infrastructure and data.
    

• Project Management:
  

  • Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
    

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
    

• Team Leadership:
  

  • Supervise and mentor IT staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    

  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
    

• Vendor and Budget Management:
  

  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
    

  • Develop and monitor the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
    

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably within a multi-company environment.
  

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices.
  

Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
  

• ITIL Foundation certification
