Role Overview
The IT Manager oversees day-to-day tech operations, managing internal support, vendor relationships, and product delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role bridging business needs with technical execution across a growing consulting firm.
Responsibilities
- Own the relationship with the ERP implementation vendor across Finance, HRMS, Projects, and CRM modules
- Drive BRD development, UAT cycles, documentation, and go-live readiness
- Manage the ERP roadmap beyond initial implementation (Procurement, Resource Allocation, Reporting) Infrastructure & Operations
- Oversee Microsoft 365 / SharePoint environment and Azure integrations
- Manage Slack workspace administration and integrations
- Ensure IT support SLAs across Riyadh, Egypt, and Qatar offices
- Maintain and improve internal tooling and automation Product Oversight
- Guide product priorities for internal platforms and company website
- Support AI and data initiatives in collaboration with the Product Lead
- Coordinate with the regional on-demand team for design and front-end delivery Governance & Compliance
- Oversee GDPR compliance for relevant operations
- Manage IT budgets, licensing, and vendor contracts
- Establish and maintain IT policies, security practices, and access controls Strategic Planning
- Contribute to quarterly OKR planning for the tech function
- Report on progress, risks, and blockers to the Director of Technology
Vendor & ERP Management
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in IT management or similar role, preferably in a professional services / consulting environment
- ERPNext / Frappe experience strongly preferred; other ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Odoo) considered
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Azure AD, app registrations)
- Experience managing external vendors on time-and-material or retainer contracts
- Familiarity with project management tools and consulting workflows
- Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus
- Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving team where the manager is also a doer Nice to Have
- Experience with Frappe Insights, MariaDB, or Python-based integrations
- Familiarity with Notion, Slack APIs, or Microsoft Graph API
- Background in the Saudi / GCC consulting market
- ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications
Skills Required
