Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and hardware.
- Oversee cybersecurity operations, including:
- Implementing IT security policies and procedures.
- Monitoring, identifying, and responding to security threats and incidents.
- Ensuring data protection and compliance with applicable security standards.
- Manage network systems (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Switches) and ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Lead and supervise the Technical Support team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and service requests.

- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and related contracts.
- Prepare regular reports on IT performance, risks, and system availability.
- Ensure data backup processes and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.

RequirementsQualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in an IT Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Cybersecurity
- Network administration and management
- Technical support and IT operations
- Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows / Linux) and network infrastructure.
- Professional certifications are preferred, such as: CISSP, CISM, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and risk management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Skills Required
