Description

We're looking for a hands-on, multi-site IT Manager to own the technology backbone of our growing car wash portfolio! In this role, you won't just sit at a desk and manage tickets—you'll be the go-to expert for DRB, MICRO, and CRM systems across every brand and every site. You'll lead site openings, respond to outages in real time, manage vendors, and partner with operations leaders to keep our tunnels running and our members happy.

This is a great opportunity for an IT professional who knows the car wash technology stack, thrives on multi-site work, and is ready to take ownership of the systems that make our business actually run.

TO SUM IT UP

Our car washes can't operate without the technology that runs them—and that's where you come in. As our IT Manager, you're not just an administrator; you're the leader who keeps POS terminals running, tunnel controls calibrated, and the CRM connected to every other system we depend on. From late-night outage calls to brand-new site openings, you'll be the person who makes sure the technology never gets in the way of the wash.

If you're hands-on, calm under pressure, and energized by getting on a plane to bring a new site live, this role is for you. You'll manage the full technology stack across multiple brands and sites, lead high-priority projects, and build the IT function as the company grows.

YOU COULD BE A FIT IF YOU…

• Have hands-on experience administering DRB Systems (SiteWatch, Tunnel Master, or related modules) in a production car wash environment

• Have hands-on experience with MICRO POS — configuration, troubleshooting, and integration

• Have administered a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable) including integrations, reporting, and end-user support

• Can independently diagnose and resolve POS, tunnel control, network, and connectivity issues across multiple sites

• Are a confident problem-solver who stays calm during outages and leads from the front when things go sideways

• Are skilled with networking fundamentals — VLANs, firewalls, site-level network design, ISP and circuit management

• Have experience leading site openings, acquisitions, or new-store technology rollouts

• Have experience managing vendor relationships and holding partners accountable to SLAs

• Are comfortable with PCI compliance, payment processing infrastructure, and IT security across a multi-site footprint

• Have leadership experience — managing direct reports, contractors, or matrixed teams

• Can lift up to 50 lbs (POS terminals, network gear, kiosks) and work in active wash environments — wet, loud, variable temperature

• Are detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences

• Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a valid REAL ID-compliant government ID for commercial air travel

• Are comfortable with 50–60% travel by car and plane, including same-day response to site emergencies when needed

IF YOU WERE HERE LAST MONTH, YOU MIGHT HAVE…

• Flown to a new site opening and brought POS, tunnel controls, and network live before the soft launch

• Resolved a DRB outage at a regional location before the morning rush by working remotely with the on-site team

• Onboarded a new CRM admin and walked them through member data quality, integrations, and reporting

• Worked with vendors to scope and order a hardware refresh for POS terminals across three sites

• Reviewed PCI compliance status with the security partner and closed two outstanding findings

• Driven to a recently acquired location to standardize the network configuration to Mojo standards

• Trained a GM on a new MICRO POS feature rollout and built a quick-reference card for the field

• Coordinated with Operations and HR on a Paylocity–CRM integration question that was blocking a payroll run

• Joined the executive team for the quarterly IT roadmap review and presented an update on system consolidation across brands

• Hopped on a late-evening call after a tunnel controller failure and had the site back online before opening

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree)

• 5+ years of IT operations or systems administration experience in a multi-site retail, hospitality, car wash, or similar industry

• 2+ years in a leadership or management capacity

• Required: hands-on production experience with DRB Systems, MICRO POS, and a major CRM platform

• Strong networking fundamentals and PCI compliance awareness

• Prior experience managing technology vendors and service-level agreements

• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to travel by car and plane (30%) including occasional same-day or after-hours response to site incidents

LOCATION AND HOURS

This is a full-time, HQ-based role with significant multi-site travel. You'll travel between car wash sites across our regional footprint by car and plane (estimated 30% travel), and may be required to support after-hours or weekend incident response based on business needs. Flexibility is key in this leadership role.
