Your role: As an IT Manager you will oversee the entire organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and operations, and manage the IT team.

How you will contribute to our success:

• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, data infrastructure specialist, application developers and IT support staff.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, initiatives, and technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Control Department’s Budget and ensure positive ROI;
• Ensure IT Systems and Policies are compliant with ISO 27001 requirements;
• Coordinate the security and integrity of IT systems, networks, and data through the implementation of robust security measures, protocols, and best practices.
• Monitor and assess the organization's IT security posture, identify vulnerabilities and risks, and implement appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
• Organize IT projects and produce timely and in-budget results through prioritization, resource allocation and capacity management.

To be a fit you will need:

• Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred;
• Proven experience in a leadership role in IT and project management of multi-disciplinary departments;
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems, architectures, technologies, and best practices;
• Solid understanding of IT governance, compliance, risk management, and security frameworks;
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, develop and motivate high-performing teams;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving results, innovation and continuous improvement.
