Unilever is currently hiring for  IT Manager

This role involves managing the full UniOps portfolio for the business group, providing cost transparency, complexity reduction opportunities, and optimising cost within UniOps. Additionally, the leader will champion business outcomes and change management.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN JOB PURPOSE BE

Digital Portfolio Management

•             Collect BGs digital demands/problems (Po1/Fo5 initiatives) that can leverage technology, data and digital channels to enhance processes, products, or services

•             Present a comprehensive view of the BGs digital portfolio to the Strategy & Portfolio Owner

•             Present a view of the UniOps Portfolio by BG to the BG CDIO and BG LT , with cost visibility, benefits realisation & deployment timelines

•             Support BG CDIO, Strategy & Portfolio Owner & Domain Portfolio Lead in determining which BG demands to prioritise

•             Identify and escalate risks related to digital initiatives to relevant business stakeholders

•             Support BG CDIO on ensuring effective digital transformation & UniOps service delivery for a BG

•             Track outcomes from now, next, beyond planning with BG LT

 Portfolio Management & Governance

•             Present a view of the UniOps Portfolio by BG, with cost visibility, benefits realisation & deployment timelines, to the BG CDIO and BG Leadership Team

•             Collaborate with Transformation Lead & Domain Portfolio Lead to make decisions on project timings, structure and delivery

 BG/BU Change & Adoption Management

•             Support in defining KPIs for BG digital transformation projects

•             Track adoption & people dependent ROI of products deployed within the BG

•             Advocate for User-centric design. Facilitate UAT and drive superior experience.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Necessary Experience & Qualifications  

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Project Management: Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications 

  • Project Management: Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and coordinating multiple work streams is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
  • Technical Acumen – familiarity with digital technologies and technology trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving and fact-finding skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate solution design, design proposals and negotiate options with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
