Description
SuperCom is seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, and highly motivated hands-on IT Manager to join our company.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes new challenges every day. The IT Manager will report directly to the COO while managing SuperCom’s hosted and cloud-based IT systems in our Tel Aviv headquarters, directly supervising the helpdesk specialist, and ensuring robust support for corporate IT initiatives and projects.
The position includes:
· Provide end-to-end IT professional support for colleagues and customers with empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
· Directly supervise and mentor the helpdesk specialist, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical issues to maintain high levels of user satisfaction.
· Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and our VMware environment.
· Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes to align with organizational goals.
· Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
· Lead desktop and help desk support efforts, ensuring all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment issues are resolved promptly with minimal disruptions.
· Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
· Troubleshoot issues and outages effectively.
· Act as the focal point of contact for all IT services.
· Lead and support corporate IT initiatives, including projects related to the company’s deployed solutions, by planning, coordinating, and implementing tasks to ensure successful execution.
Requirements
· Minimum of 4 years' experience as a System Administrator.
· At least 2 years' experience in an IT Manager role.
· Experience working with IT infrastructure systems in a Microsoft based environment.
· Proven experience managing VMware based virtual environments.
· Proven experience managing Microsoft 365.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in English speaking and writing.
· Team Player.
· Experience as an IT Manager – Advantage.
· Experience managing an environment which is SOX and ISO 27001 compliant - an advantage.
· Experience with AWS / Azure – an advantage.
· Knowledge of Dev-Ops concepts and ability to provide assistance to the dev teams with CI/CD - an advantage.
