Datarails is seeking a hands-on, experienced IT Manager to join our team! In this role, you will provide subject-matter expertise in global IT, collaborating closely with all company teams and functions to support the business, resolve issues, maintain and update software and hardware assets, and drive continuous improvements to our IT infrastructure.
● 5+ years of experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role within a SAAS company.
● Expertise in Azure AD, OKTA, MDM (Intune), Firewall, DNS, and similar technologies.
● Hands-on experience and strong understanding of MacOS and Windows.
● Experience in implementing, operating, and maintaining modern IT services, such as SaaS solutions, video conferencing, and remote work infrastructure.
● Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
● Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to perform under demanding conditions.
● Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
● Experience with Azure is an advantage.
