Monitor live dashboards, IoT devices, networks, servers, and alerts in a 24/7 NOC environment. Triage incidents, execute runbooks, perform corrective actions, document troubleshooting in Jira Service Desk, meet SLA targets, resolve customer technical issues, and communicate incidents to internal teams and technical account managers.

Manage relationships with assigned government and criminal justice customers using electronic monitoring solutions. Responsibilities include account reviews, issue resolution, onboarding, training, product demonstrations, customer adoption, renewals, CRM updates, and identifying account expansion opportunities. The role collaborates with sales, operations, technical support, and leadership teams, and requires customer-facing communication, organization, technical product learning, a valid driver’s license, and travel throughout the United States.

Build and maintain secure, highly available customer environments across AWS, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure. Manage networking, Fortinet firewalls, Active Directory, Windows servers, virtualization, storage, backups, certificates, monitoring, load balancers, and disaster recovery. Automate operational tasks with PowerShell or Bash and CI/CD tools, troubleshoot production issues to root cause, conduct failover testing, and document standardized processes and runbooks.

Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished web and mobile interfaces for electronic-monitoring products. Translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences, collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and stakeholders, and refine designs through feedback. Contribute to design systems, specifications, feature reviews, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support prioritization and participate in Agile ceremonies throughout the product lifecycle.
