- Authority to implement principles, processes, guidelines, and policies for IT & Security
- Responsible for IT & security infrastructure along with full End Users support (Hands on frontal & remote)
- Manage, Develop, maintain & upgrade company’s SW, HW, servers, networks, communications, and security systems
- Responsible for ensuring a stable operation of facility and clean rooms, including off hours emergency support
- Providing professional reporting to Corporate IT & support in mutual projects
- Accountable for the mitigation of compliance and security findings
- Responsible for the initiation and execution of infrastructure projects
- Budget planning, execution and IT assets life cycle monitoring
- Collaboration with internal / external parties to ensure stable operations of SLA
- Manage IT priorities and delegation to Helpdesk
- Professional relevant certification
- At least 5 years of hands-on relevant experience – Must
- At least 3 years of experience as IT Manager – Must
- Knowledgeable in: TCP/IP Networking, Microsoft Client and Server technology & Business Processes – Must
- Experience with Microsoft based servers (2019 or later) – Must
- Practical knowledge Microsoft Client OS and MS Office (Windows 10/11, O365) – Must
- High level of English (read, write & speak) – Must
- Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
- Trouble shooting skills
- Service Orientation with positive & productive communication skills
- Time & self-management capabilities
- ERP system knowledge
