To accelerate our growth, we are looking for an experienced and visionary IT Manager to lead our technology operations, strategy, and team. The IT Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of all IT systems and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s business goals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization’s long-term IT strategy to support business objectives.
  • Partner with department heads to align IT initiatives with business needs.
  • Establish IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance, security, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the planning, execution and timely delivery of IT projects.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technology including GenAI for operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the management of cloud-based applications, end point devices, networks and ensure their proper usage, availability and security. 
  • Oversee data governance and ensure adherence to privacy regulations and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Build, lead, and mentor an IT team and foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the IT department.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, service providers, and consultants.
  • Implement robust cybersecurity measures and certification program to protect the organization from cyber threats. Develop and test business continuity plans to ensure resilience.
Requirements
  •  Minimum of 10 years in IT, with at least 5 years in leadership roles (e.g., IT Manager, Senior IT Manager).
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and managing IT operations.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud applications, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build an effective IT team and manage a motive team.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Work within and across team as a cooperative, supportive and responsive team player. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree in IT is highly preferred.
