The ask:

We're seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team and manage our technical infrastructure, hardware, and software assets so our organization can operate efficiently in a fully remote environment. This individual has a strong understanding of how modern companies operate in a cloud-native environment, including modern business operation software (ex. Google Workspace, Slack, Hubspot, Asana), cutting-edge technologies (ChatGPT, Gemini), and the cyber security challenges such companies face. 


The expectation: 

  • IT Management & Support: Implement, oversee, and maintain all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure and asset management, including hardware, software licenses & seat management, and web domains to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Lead IT infrastructure projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Continuously improve our environments to maximize the uptime of our systems, access, and our employees’ remote workstations. Troubleshoot all technical questions for our internal teams. 
  • Cybersecurity Oversight: Collaborate with Leadership to develop and implement cybersecurity policies to protect company and customer data from cyber threats.
  • Oversee employee cybersecurity training, perform risk assessments, and respond promptly to any security incidents. This individual will be a heavily contributing member of our Information Security Management Committee (ISMC) and will be responsible for staying up to date on cybersecurity best practices. Complete security questionnaires from our customers and prospects in alignment with our policies.
  • Enable Tech Efficiency & Security in Service Delivery: Identify and assess data security risks in Victorious’s service delivery processes and work with department heads to problem-solve and enable individual contributors to execute our services in the most efficient and secure way possible.
  • Support internal technology team: Support accessibility and security needs of the internal-use software built by our technology team to maximize adoption by our service delivery teams. Understand how technology tools integrate with service delivery processes and how they should inform our overall IT infrastructure and related policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.


The “must- haves”:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Mac and PC devices, cloud-native networks, and modern business software applications
  • Extensive experience with Google Workspace, remote work environments
  • Strong knowledge of cyber security best practices and how to maintain a well-functioning data security system
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
