Job Description: Information Technology Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The IT Manager oversees the administration and support of the Epicor Kenetic ERP system at PSI, ensuring system performance, user support, and integration with shop floor operations. This role provides local IT support, collaborates with Corporate IT on broader initiatives, and maintains system documentation and training materials. The ideal candidate has strong Epicor Kenetic experience in a manufacturing setting and can work independently, including after-hours support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the Epicor ERP system, including:
- System configuration and user setup
- Dashboard and report customization
- Troubleshooting and resolving application issues
- Supporting upgrades and integrations
- Provide first-level support for PSI and assist with manufacturing shop floor systems
- Deliver desktops, hardware, and basic network support to local users
- Collaborate with Corporate IT for escalations, guidance, and project alignment
- Maintain system documentation and user training materials.
- Provide after-hour support as needed for critical issues or maintenance.
- Track and manage help desk tickets, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution

RequirementsEducation:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in ERP administration and support, with a focus on Epicor.
- Proven experience administering Epicor Kinetic ERP in a cloud or on-premises environment
- Strong understanding of Epicor Kenetic modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and Financials.
- Epicor configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
- Supporting manufacturing operations and shop floor systems
- Networking and security principles
- Desktop and hardware support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High level familiarity with system integration and development
- Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow automation
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in ERP administration and support, focused on Epicor

- Strong understanding of Epicor Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and Financials modules
- Experience with Epicor configuration, customization, and troubleshooting

- Desktop and hardware support experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High familiarity with system integration and development
- Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow automation
- Must qualify as a US Person under ITAR and EAR requirements
