About the job

Alfa Laval is looking for a Live Site Manager to join the Group Digital Foundational Area OneERP; an organization to consolidate and focus all ERP related activities with clear mandates and responsibilities to create a solid and scalable transactional ERP foundation to support the strategic direction of Alfa Laval.

OneERP will develop, accelerate rollouts of our target ERP solution, and manage one common effective and efficient ERP platform based on standardization of transactional processes for all business in Alfa Laval.

And this is why we are looking for YOU, our next Live Site Manager, Western Europe to bring value and support in shaping OneERP’s success.

Ready to take on the challenge and make an impact?

About the role:

The first step in this role is to establish the Live Site Management concept across all sites. This involves defining, implementing, and continuously improving processes that enable a structured feedback loop between the live sites, development teams, rollout teams, and our supplier, Microsoft.

You will act as the key liaison and gatekeeper between live sites and stakeholders who influence the solution. Your responsibility includes ensuring that changes, issues, and opportunities are properly prioritized and directed to the appropriate target groups to drive meaningful improvements.

The primary objective is to serve as the central point of contact for all live sites within designated regions—regardless of whether they operate on the target ERP (D365) or legacy ERP systems.

The overarching goal is to maximize the return on investment (ROI) of D365—both for past and future developments. A key focus is maintaining standard functionality as much as possible to ensure a future-proof backbone that can leverage ongoing Microsoft innovations. This also includes safeguarding long-term solution development and avoiding short-term sub-optimization.

You will be part of a transformation journey where continuous improvement is essential—both in terms of ways of working and system evolution.

  • Driving business outcomes
By fostering strong relationships and networks and aligning efforts, contribute to achieving business goals and improving overall performance.

  • Adapting to change
Help live sites in the region navigate organizational and process changes and ensure smooth transition.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the point of contact for Live Sites in Western Europe for all ERP related areas; Target and Legacy ERPs.
