Position SummaryAs a IT Manager of Executive Support, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the IT support team, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and delivering exceptional technical support to our Company Leadership Team. You will be responsible for a team of IT professionals and collaborate with other groups to ensure the effective and efficient use of technology to support the company's objectives. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering top-notch IT services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the Executive IT support team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage team schedules and workload assignments.
- Provide high-level technical support to resolve complex IT issues raised from the executives and assistants.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure excellent end-user support services, responding to and resolving IT-related inquiries and requests.
- Develop and implement user training programs to enhance technical skills and productivity.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and methodologies to protect company data and systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on IT support metrics and key performance indicators.
- Management of an annual budget of $100k for accessories and items required for Executive Support
- Develop, manage, and reviews 12 to 24 month strategy for team with tools, applications, and staffing levels
- Develop and nurture strong collaborative relationships with Executive Assistants (EAs) to ensure seamless coordination and support for our executive team
- 5+ years working in information technology, technology management, or technology support.
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Direct experience leading support teams including on-site support & remote support
- Experience leading geographically disbursed teams.
- Deep technical knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking.
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills!
- Travel Requirement: <25%

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $113,500.00–$151,300.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
