WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, tracking, and delivery of data and logistics-related projects. You'll work closely with Project Leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to help ensure all project tasks are organized, documented, and moving forward. This position requires a highly detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Task & Queue Management
- Monitor and manage task queues, keeping project timelines on track.
- Work with team members to prioritize daily tasks and update project trackers.
- Assist with identifying bottlenecks and escalating issues to the Project Lead.
Stakeholder Support
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items to completion.
- Help maintain strong working relationships across all project teams.
Project Coordination
- Support end-to-end coordination of projects from planning through execution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all project milestones.
- Track key metrics and support reporting requirements as needed.
Process & Documentation
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date, accurate, and filed correctly.
- Assist with inventory coordination, shipping updates, and system entries as needed.
- Participate in project audits and contribute to process improvements.
Problem Solving
- Flag risks or issues early and help identify practical resolutions.
- Proactively contribute to improving workflow efficiency and data accuracy.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, logistics, operations, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Previous experience working in fast-paced or global environments preferred.
