Corporate Business Technology (CBT) Global Enterprise Solutions and Experience offers an outstanding opportunity for enthusiastic technology professionals eager to develop and enhance their skills in Digital Web and the technologies that support this capability.

In GESE, we serve as strategic problem solvers and innovators by connecting business strategies with technology solutions. We connect and collaborate as trusted allies with leaders and partners across corporate functions, sectors, and regions. Through professional services and end-to-end product management we deliver outstanding digital experiences both internally and externally. We blur the boundaries between business and technology and deliver outcomes as a united and inclusive team.

The IT Lead is a key member of the Third-Party Management (TPM) team, responsible for driving product insights, translating business and technical needs into actionable requirements, and enabling successful delivery of the TPM digital solution across the third-party lifecycle (intake, due diligence, risk assessment, onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding).

This role serves as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, technology teams, and procurement operations to ensure the solution delivers measurable risk and compliance outcomes, audit-ready traceability, and streamlined workflows for third‑party onboarding and ongoing oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Requirements Leadership

  • Serve as the primary partner to the Technical Product Owner (TPO) to shape and refine requirements that support Third Party Management outcomes across Planning & Third-Party Identification, Due diligence & risk decision, contract management & onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding.
  • Translate procurement, risk, and stakeholder insights into user stories with clear acceptance criteria (including workflow states, approvals, evidence collection, and audit trail needs) in partnership with business product owners.
  • Conduct requirement elicitation through interviews, process mapping, workflow analysis, risk/control assessment walkthroughs, and feedback loops from TPM, procurement, and risk function teams.
  • Own and refine the product backlog in alignment with the product vision and roadmap, prioritizing work that improves effectiveness, compliance, and user experience.
  • Ensure traceability from requirements → development → testing → deployment, with clear documentation and audit-ready decisioning for third‑party risk and compliance workflows.
  • Partner with the TPO, business product owner(s), risk functions, Supplier Master Data, the Buying Assistant Tool, ISRM, procurement leadership, and vendor delivery team(s) to incorporate real‑world pain points into the product backlog.
  • Use data, voice-of-user feedback, and operational metrics (e.g., intake-to-onboard cycle time, SLA adherence, exception rates, rework, and production defects) to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Agile Delivery & Execution

  • Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, refinements, demos).
  • Support UAT and production validation after releases, ensuring workflows, integrations, and reporting operate as intended and meet compliance/audit expectations.
  • Collaborate daily with engineering, QA/QCSV, architecture, KPMG technical build team and business stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain delivery continuity.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Operate within the HPT model, collaborating closely with roles such as TPO, TPM, BPO, BA, PM and vendor delivery team
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, compliance expectations, and user privacy considerations (e.g., data classification/handling, audit trail, and retention).
  • Support vendor and partner teams with requirement clarity, testing support, and release readiness activities.

Value & Measurement

  • Track KPIs and OKRs tied to product health, user experience, workflow efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Provide insights to the TPO to influence prioritization based on value delivery and impact on user experience.
  • Participate in sprint and quarterly reviews to communicate progress, outcomes, and learnings.
