We are seeking a dynamic LATAM Sales Manager to drive our business expansion in the Latin America region. In this strategic role, you will lead market engagement and client interactions to enhance business growth and penetration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 6 sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Forecast annual and quarterly revenue, set performance goals, and monitor progress.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation.
  • Utilize CRM to streamline sales processes and enhance team productivity.
  • Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Foster team development and professional growth through continuous learning and engagement in the industry.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales within the IT sector, with a proven track record in managing and growing sales territories.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology staffing needs.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a sales team.
  • Sales Skills: Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with proven success in selling digital services and closing six-figure deals.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in CRM Systems: Bonus points if you have expertise in HubSpot.
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 35% within LATAM and occasional travel to the U.S. HQ.
