PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the IT team with supporting end users across multiple locations
• Help troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues
• Assist with workstation setup, deployment, and configuration
• Support user account administration and access requests
• Participate in technology projects and system rollouts
• Help document processes, procedures, and technical solutions
• Learn how IT teams support critical business and healthcare operations
• Work alongside experienced IT professionals to develop troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

NO PRIOR PROFESSIONAL IT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
