All Lines Technology is seeking a candidate for an Entry-Level IT Technician to join our team in Upper St. Clair, PA. This role involves maintaining and deploying hardware, managing IT assets, and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of this refresh project.
*THIS IS A 2-3 DAY PROJECT THAT WILL TAKE PLACE FROM 5/29 - 6/01.*
Key Responsibilities:
Imaging Hardware:
- Prepare and deploy computer systems using imaging software.
- Maintain and update imaging processes and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware imaging.
- Image devices using a USB drive and manually transfer necessary files.
- Use Apple Configurator to prepare and supervise iPads and iPhones.
Asset Management:
- Track and manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of asset allocation, usage, and disposal.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with asset management policies.
- Label wireless access points and document MAC addresses.
Peripheral Setup & Support:
- Set up and configure printers and other peripheral devices.
