Provide clinical leadership and mentorship across Wesley Willows communities; develop and standardize clinical policies; lead quality audits, mock surveys, root cause analyses, and risk mitigation; analyze quality indicators to improve resident outcomes; support onboarding, training, and recruitment of nursing leaders; travel regularly to provide on-site clinical support and training.

Drive occupancy by building relationships with prospective residents and families, conducting tours, managing follow-ups, applications, and move-ins. Coordinate logistics with internal departments, maintain CRM records, participate in outreach events, and meet sales and move-in targets while providing a smooth transition experience.

Lead and develop the nursing and resident care team, serve as RN of record for care plans and assessments, manage change-in-condition protocols, ensure clinical documentation and regulatory compliance, participate in QA and performance improvement, and provide visible leadership for operations, resident well-being, and staff engagement.

Provide administrative support for the Maintenance Department: manage records, work orders, inventory, communications with staff/residents/contractors, answer phones, support onboarding and safety training, assist the Director of Facilities and Grounds with projects, and maintain departmental operations.
