Leads sales and marketing strategy across two senior living campuses, driving occupancy, revenue, digital lead generation, CRM performance, brand positioning, community partnerships, and team development. Builds annual plans, tracks KPIs, manages digital marketing and website performance, coaches staff, represents the organization externally, and collaborates with executives on expansion, market targeting, and potential licensing opportunities.

Provides first-level technical support to staff and residents, troubleshooting computers, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, Wi-Fi, printers, peripherals, smart devices, and network-connected equipment. Assists with equipment deployment, asset inventory, workstation setups, and relocations while delivering clear customer service and escalating complex issues. The internship provides practical experience in help desk operations, Microsoft 365, wireless networking, endpoint management, IT asset management, and cybersecurity best practices.

Provides compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include planning and implementing personalized care plans, administering medications and treatments, following physician orders, maintaining documentation and infection-control standards, responding to emergencies, collaborating with care teams, and protecting resident dignity.
