Drive occupancy by building relationships with prospective residents and families, conducting tours, managing follow-ups, applications, and move-ins. Coordinate logistics with internal departments, maintain CRM records, participate in outreach events, and meet sales and move-in targets while providing a smooth transition experience.

Support fundraising and donor stewardship by maintaining donor records, processing gifts, coordinating events and outreach, managing event logistics and communications, creating newsletters and social content, and providing administrative support to advance resident engagement and community impact initiatives.

Deliver person-centered engagement programs for senior living residents, document care in EMR, support dementia-friendly activities, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in training and onboarding to promote resident well-being and safety.

Provide timely, professional meal service and set up/clean dining and event spaces. Maintain cleanliness, return soiled items, ensure supplies are ready, and support special functions. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Provide administrative support for the Maintenance Department: manage records, work orders, inventory, communications with staff/residents/contractors, answer phones, support onboarding and safety training, assist the Director of Facilities and Grounds with projects, and maintain departmental operations.
