Location: Irapuato, Guanajuato
Work Hours: Part-time with flexible working hours.
Profile: Active students of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies, Computer Systems, Mechatronics, related.
Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from 9,000 mxn to 18,000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.
Duration: 12-24 months.
Qualifications: Graduation date must be between December 2027 and June 2028. English Advanced.
Start Date: As soon as possible

About the role:
As an IT Intern, you will support key IT initiatives by driving observability implementations, managing project schedules, and contributing to digital product strategies. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and vendors to enhance service delivery and gain hands-on experience in a global company.
Some of your tasks will be:
Drive observability implementations with monitoring and metrics, incident responses, feedback loops, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, providing consistent project updates to stakeholders and the project board.
Oversee vendor management, contribute to product roadmap creation, and define strategies for digital products to enhance service delivery.
Job Qualifications
Hard Skills:
- ITIL 4 Foundation knowledge
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Fundamentals
- Proficient in Microsoft O365
