Job Description
ERP OPERATIONS
This role offers you the perfect entry point into the IT landscape, allowing you to coordinate and manage projects, enhance structures, and streamline processes. You'll gain hands-on experience with the SAP system (focusing on planning tools), learning how to bridge the gap between Operations and IT while immersing yourself in the dynamic Red Bull culture. Your university-acquired methodologies will be invaluable as you enhance our processes alongside Operations and consultants. Key responsibilities include supporting Project Managers in project coordination and documentation, taking on Project Management Office (PMO) duties and managing your first own projects. This opportunity is your gateway to mastering IT project management and making a tangible impact for your team, your progress and our Red Bull business.
SALES APPLICATIONS
As part of our IT Sales Application Team, you will bring the latest concepts and research from university and represent the new generation of Red Bull talents and consumers. In this role, you'll be part of a young, dynamic international team, developing your skills in data analysis, project management, sales processes, and IT. Your key responsibilities will include managing the RFI/RFP process to help select and test the next generation Trade Promotion Management tool used globally, contributing your analytical skills to design our NextGen applications. You'll manage projects for existing services in the Sales Team and support IT sales application projects during design, build, implementation, and operational phases. Additionally, you'll act as a liaison between the technical and business worlds, leveraging your knowledge to enhance cross-functional communication. Are you the missing ingredient in our team?
FINANCE APPLICATIONS
In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience developing IT-supported business processes, collaborating with both internal and external IT teams and business stakeholders. You'll be at the cutting edge of IT Finance, working with state-of-the-art systems and driving our organization's success. Bring your fresh ideas and enthusiasm to our innovative team! Your key responsibilities will include participating in challenging projects and enhancing processes to integrate IT solutions seamlessly into our finance department. You will design and develop efficient IT-supported business processes, coordinate and manage external IT consultants, and ensure project scopes and budgets are met. Additionally, you'll gain valuable experience with the latest SAP S4/HANA technology, staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
INNOVATION & UX
Join us to be at the forefront of technological innovation at Red Bull. As part of the IT Innovation team, you’ll have the opportunity to experiment with new tools, build prototypes, and gain hands-on experiences that contribute to our ambitious goals. Your key responsibilities will include researching emerging trends and potential suppliers, developing and executing Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation initiatives. In this role, you will use your analytical skills to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to strategies that enhance our digital transformation journey. Additionally, you'll be in contact with various stakeholders across the business to communicate results and discuss implications of new trends. Qualifications
You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2025.
You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.
You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage
