Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects (e.g. Cloud migrations, data center, network, workplace) ensuring delivery on time, budget, and scope;
- Define and manage project scope, plans, and milestones, including resource allocation and detailed scheduling;
- Drive risk, issue, and change management across the full project lifecycle, with proactive mitigation and escalation;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment between business, architecture, and operations;
- Ensure transparent communication and reporting to stakeholders, including senior management and steering committees;
- Establish strong stakeholder relationships and ensure effective collaboration across global delivery teams.
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on infrastructure environments (network, Cloud, data center);
- Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale projects in international enterprise environments;
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies (e.g. Cloud platforms, servers, storage, networking, security);
- Excellent project management expertise, including methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall;
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile/Scrum);
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate at executive level;
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex topics clearly and convincingly in English. German language skills are nice to have.
