What you’ll be doing:
The Infrastructure Manager at Pluxee Philippines will play a critical role in managing the company’s IT environment, navigating the complexities of global Pluxee IT standards with local business needs. The position comes with several key challenges and responsibilities:

• Complex Hybrid IT Environment: The Infrastructure Manager will oversee the management and optimization of on-premise and Azure Cloud-based systems, requiring expertise in both environments. As the primary point of contact (POC) for the migration of on-premise infrastructure to the Azure cloud, the Infrastructure manager will leverage in-depth knowledge of both Linux and Windows Server platforms. Familiarity with core services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File/Print Services, and Group Policies is essential to ensure smooth operations and security across the infrastructure.
• Scalability and Performance: Ensuring that the IT infrastructure is scalable and high-performing, especially during peak business periods, will be a key responsibility. The Infrastructure Manager will drive initiatives to optimize system performance and support business growth by implementing best practices in infrastructure design, capacity planning, and resource management.
• Vendor and Service Provider Management: The Infrastructure Manager will manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services. This includes negotiating contracts, managing service-level agreements (SLAs), and maintaining continuous communication to ensure vendor performance meets company standards.

JOB Purpose:

The Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of Pluxee Philippines’ IT infrastructure, ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of both on-premise and with main focus on Azure Cloud Infrastructure. This role involves managing the company's IT environment, with focus on migrating on-premise servers to the Azure Cloud, optimizing infrastructure performance, and ensuring continuous system availability. The Infrastructure Manager will also lead efforts to innovate, scale, and enhance the IT infrastructure in line with business goals and technological advancements.

As the primary POC for Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP), the Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and testing strategies to ensure the organization’s IT infrastructure remains resilient and can recover quickly in the event of disruptions. The manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all critical systems and services are backed up, recoverable, and protected against potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Documentation and Configuration Management:
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the IT infrastructure in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring all assets and configurations are properly tracked and easily accessible.
• Collaboration with Development Teams:
  Work closely with application developers and other stakeholders to ensure infrastructure aligns with the needs of the applications, promoting seamless integration and performance optimization.
• Cloud Migration and Optimization:
  Lead and execute the migration of legacy on-premise infrastructure to the cloud, ensuring a smooth transition, minimal disruption, and long-term scalability of cloud-based systems.
• Tool Implementation and Standardization:
  Implement and adopt Pluxee Global Infrastructure tools for infrastructure management, including monitoring, patching, security, backup, and CMDB solutions, to enhance operational efficiency and security.
• L2/L3 Infrastructure Support:
  Provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) technical support for cloud-based infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues promptly and effectively.
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:
  Implement and regularly test the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), ensuring that it is up-to-date and capable of quickly recovering critical systems in the event of a failure or disaster. Work to ensure the organization’s infrastructure meets business continuity objectives.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Management:
  Demonstrate strong technical acumen by providing deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Lead problem management efforts to proactively identify and resolve recurring infrastructure issues.
• ITIL and ITSM Processes:
  Utilize ITIL best practices to ensure efficient and standardized service delivery across the IT infrastructure. Knowledge of ITIL processes is mandatory. Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus.
• Monitoring Tools Proficiency:
  Be well-versed in infrastructure monitoring tool (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Nagios) to proactively monitor infrastructure health, performance, and capacity.

🌟 Requirements:

Cloud Infrastructure Expertise:
10-15 years of experience managing complex hybrid IT infrastructures, with strong expertise in Azure (preferred), AWS, and GCP. Skilled in cloud migrations, cloud-native architecture, and cost optimization.

Cloud Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Azure AZ-700, AZ-104, AZ-500, AZ 900, SC 900, or DP 90

​IT Service Management Certifications:

• ITIL Foundation

IT Infrastructure Certifications:

• Palo Alto Networks Certified Software Firewall Engineer (PCSFE) 
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
(A Master's degree in IT, or a related discipline is a plus but not required.)
