- Analyze structured and unstructured data (primarily in Excel/Spreadsheets and via SQL) to uncover key trends, insights, and business opportunities.
- Distill complex data sets into clear, actionable takeaways that influence marketing, communications, or business strategy.
- Build compelling presentations that communicate data-driven stories with clarity and impact.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business questions and align analysis to their needs.
- Be a data detective—proactively identify and explore data to answer strategic questions and surface unexpected insights.
- Bring a structured, logical approach to solving open-ended problems and ambiguous datasets.
- Maintain strong organizational awareness to ensure insights are relevant and timely.
- Help create scalable frameworks for recurring insights and reporting deliverables.
- Be responsible for supporting our Brand Health Tracker and Consumer Thought Leadership workstreams.
- Have 7-10+ years of experience in a research, insights, business analyst, or strategy role.
- Have strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; you can independently analyze and visualize data with clarity.
- Have proven ability to tell compelling stories with data and tailor insights to executive and technical / non-technical audiences.
- Are comfortable working with ambiguity; you know how to ask the right questions and narrow focus from broad prompts.
- Have excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Have strong organizational awareness and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Have experience in survey analysis, brand tracking, and/or marketing analytics.
