- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, administration, or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Cisco network
- Knowledge about MES systems like HYDRA.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Team player, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Motivated, proactive, and passionate about fixing problems and learning new technologies.
- Willingness to travel within Hungary and as needed in the Central Eastern Europe region and to work on-call or outside of regular business hours when required.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide IT infrastructure support to Budapest office and our production sites in Balassagyarmat and Kistelek, including hardware, software, network, and security.
- Monitor, maintain, and upgrade our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
- Implement and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices, following ITIL and ISO guidelines.
- Document and report IT incidents, problems, changes, and solutions, using ITSM tools and procedures (Service Now ticket system)
- Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders, such as CEE IT, HQ IT Team and Security, IT Projects, and Business Units.
- Research and evaluate new IT technologies and solutions and provide recommendations and feedback.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, such as migrations, integrations, and deployments.
- Provide IT training and guidance to end-users and IT staff as needed.
