* Configure and maintain secure network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, ZTNA, DMZ, NAC, Proxy).
* Support network devices and services (switches, wireless, firewalls, proxy, NAC).
* Monitor and optimize network performance and security.
* Maintain accurate technical documentation and change records.
* Manage firewall rules, access control, and network segmentation.
* Troubleshoot connectivity and network issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on incidents and vulnerabilities.
* Support security improvements and compliance audits (ISO 27001, GDPR).
* Provide 2nd line support through the ticketing system.
