Job Description:
The Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for managing local IT equipment, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage day-to-day IT infrastructure on site including hardware and software.
Ensure efficient system operations to provide maximum performance and availability for local users.
Work and collaborate with other teams to strategize and implement infrastructure projects and maintenance activities.
Maintain compliance with IT standards, security requirements, and operational procedures.
Providing second-level support for escalated IT help desk issues and escalating complex problems to appropriate IT staff.
Maintaining accurate records in asset management and ticketing systems, including logging issues, tracking time, and updating equipment inventories.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in computer systems, network functions, and security systems.
Your Skills and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology (completed and verified prior to start) and 3 years’ experience in Information Technology in a manufacturing, private, public, government, or military environment.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience working with HP printers, Network switches, Firewalls hardware and software.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and team collaboration skills.
Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs.
Experience with networking and associated security protocols.
