About the Client
Clients build the structured video dataset for AI, helping content owners efficiently license their video data while providing AI companies with high-quality, searchable, and curated video datasets.
Client Schedule: 6:00 AM- 3:00 PM PST
Job Overview
The client is looking for IT Helpdesk Support to assist our content partners with transferring their video data to us. This role is a mix of customer support, technical troubleshooting, and hands-on data transfer operations using AWS and automation scripts.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Coordination – Communicate with content partners over email and Slack to assist with data transfer.
Technical Support – Troubleshoot and resolve issues when partners face problems copying files.
Scripting & Automation – Develop parallelized scripts to download files from a CSV list of URLs and upload them to our S3 storage.
File Management – Organize and move files as needed when partners make mistakes in their transfers.
Salesforce Support – Assist with Salesforce-related integrations and workflows as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) to automate file transfers.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent written English communication skills for supporting partners over email and Slack.
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations is a plus.
Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or data operations is preferred.
Flexible working hours, but must be available to support partners in various time zones.
Must have reliable internet and a stable work setup to handle large file transfers.

Salary Package (with HMO):
• Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 53,000
