Job Description:
An IT Helpdesk Engineer is responsible for helping assist internal employees with any and all of this technical assistance ranging from hardware and software.
Who you're committed to being:

  • Technical support of end user hardware and software.
  • Support of conference room systems and associated hardware.
  • Educating users on our IT processes and procedures.
  • Data custodian of IT Service ticket data: Categories, priorities, resolution details, etc.
  • IT Equipment storage room organization.

  • A detail oriented and logical approach to resolving problems.
  • Good communication skills to optimally connect with co-workers & document troubleshooting.
  • A cheerful demeanor that is approachable and invites both questions and learning opportunities.


Experience you'll bring:

  • Technical assistance for end-user software and hardware.
  • Support for conference room gear and systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-4 days per week in the office to provide on-site support and collaborate with team members.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. Learn new tasks, remember processes, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow.
