Summer 2026 IT Help Desk Internship 

Are you looking for professional experience at a great company in banking and finance? This might be the opportunity for you! We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company in our IT Help Desk department. This nine-week internship helps college students gain meaningful work experience through targeted educational opportunities to develop them as future organizational leaders. Overview

The IT Help Desk provides daily technology support for associates, including password resets, software installation, equipment swaps, and onboarding for new hires. This team ensures smooth day-to-day operations while supporting broader technology projects. Interns will gain exposure to IT troubleshooting, hardware/software systems, and the essential skills needed to support a corporate environment.

Location

• St. Louis, MO/Support Center (Onsite Essential)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT support, including password resets, software installations, and troubleshooting

• Assist with onboarding new hires by setting up technology and equipment

• Support larger IT projects to understand how the help desk contributes to bank operations

Qualifications

• Current full-time student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program

• Degree emphasis in Computer Science or related field

• Expected graduation date of May 2027 or May 2028

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborative mindset and team player

• Willingness to learn new IT tools and processes
