You will be building and supporting IT systems for Marvel Fusion scientists and engineers, enabling the company path towards abundant and clean Fusion energy to the world.
Your responsibilities- Deployment, administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure, on-premises and in the cloud.
- Support scientists and engineers on IT topics.
- Participate in building specialized IT systems for advanced research applications.
You are experienced in:
- Networking: switches, routers, firewalls, DHCP, DNS and VPN
- Linux Administration: basic scripting, comfortable CLI usage, compiling of Open Source apps and tools, deployment of Linux systems, deployment of Linux applications
- Storage Administration: NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, provisioning shares and volumes, configuring clients
- Virtualization: provisioning and managing VMs in any hypervisor
- Containers: docker or podman
- Windows Administration: basic scripting, basic CLI usage, deployment of Windows systems, deployment of Windows applications
- AD or LDAP administration
Working IT experience of at least 3 years.
Good English language proficiency, both speaking and writing.
