About the Role
Join our IT - Responsive team, where you’ll help shape the future of proposal management and business development at Fortrea. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues to:
Explore and test new features in our proposal management tool, Responsive, including integrations with platforms like Salesforce and Teams.
Support the proposal managers and business development teams by experimenting with new functionalities and helping evaluate innovative solutions.
Collaborate in a sandbox environment to design and run tests, assess feasibility, and contribute to process improvements.
Gain exposure to critical business functions and learn how technology drives success in clinical research.
What We’re Looking For
Recent graduates or early-career professionals (ideally with a background in computer science, technology, or related fields).
Quick learners who love exploring new tools, A/B testing, and problem-solving.
Proactive, tech-savvy individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working independently as well as part of a team.
Fluent in English, strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and seek feedback.
What You’ll Get
