Job Overview 

We are excited to offer a 1-year paid AI/ML Engineer Internship opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience within our Global Project Delivery Department. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced Xcellerate team to support various client engagement projects and contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge. 

Location: Although we will consider candidates from all locations in Poland, our strong preference would be Warsaw.

Education / Qualifications / Skills 

• Degree focused on Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, IT Security, Informatics, Information Science/Technology, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Analysis, or other relevant STEM majors with Software/IT experience 

• Good communication skills in English 

• Knowledge of Python AI/ML libraries, LLM models, and LangChain framework 

• Up-to-date with current industry standards, trending software, and IT development tools 

• Ability to learn quickly and successfully navigate in a fast-paced environment 

• Proactively learns new tools, identifies opportunities for improvement, and promotes their adoption 

• Contributes to creative solutions and challenges the status quo 

• Strong customer focus and commitment to deliver the best value proposition 

• Able to engage positively across multiple departments to establish clarity, vision, and mutual trust
