Job DescriptionAn IT DevOps Engineer for JIRA & Confluence is an IT generalist and specialist who should have a wide-ranging knowledge of both development and operations, including coding, infrastructure management, system administration, DevOps toolchains and ITSM topics like Incident Management and Problem Management. Working style is: 'Going beyond a single role'.
You will collaborate with development teams to design and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines that enable the rapid and reliable delivery of software applications and infra platforms with high quality and in a secure way.
You need to foster effective collaboration between development, operations, and QA teams. Act as a bridge between development and operations, ensuring smooth handover and knowledge sharing. Make sure understand customer needs, processes and value. Customer and DevOps needs to collaborate to design solutions and reach the same target (value of co-creation).
