JC Aircraft Maintenance (JCAM) is one of Ryanair’s Engineering company providers, supporting in both Line and Heavy Maintenance in Spain, Portugal, Morocco and France (SPMF) since 2010.
We are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Administrative to join a team of highly skilled staff, with an essential part to play in safely maintaining a fleet of over 600 aircraft for one of the world’s largest and most successful airlines.
The primary role of the IT Desktop Support is to ensure that employees can efficiently use computer systems, software, and hardware without disruptions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Setting up computers, peripherals, and software applications based on company standards.
- Performing routine system updates, patches, and preventive maintenance.
- Keeping track of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and accessories.
- Logging and managing support tickets through an IT service management (ITSM) system.
- Assisting users remotely via phone, email, or remote desktop software.
- Implementing security measures, managing access control, and ensuring data protection policies are followed.
- Experience in remote PC fault diagnosis/troubleshooting
- Strong troubleshooting skills with PC hardware
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows 7/10/11, Office 365, Virtual Apps, Printing, Symantec Antivirus & Encryption, VPN, WDS, SCCM, ServiceNow, Jira.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- +1 year hand on desktop support experience in a busy IT environment
- A valid EU/EEA passport.
