Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, including servers, switches, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings.
- Manage asset inventory and infrastructure deployments through direct contact with vendors and contractors.
- Support IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations, updating or creating documentation when needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience 5+ years).
- Proven experience in IT administration, technical support, or a similar role. Preferred background in enterprise IT environments.
- Familiarity with a subset of the following: Windows OS, MacOS, UNIX/Linux sysadmin, networking protocols, Google Workspace productivity tools, Active Directory, Meraki, NinjaRMM, Jira Service Management, AI tools, on-premises server experience (preferred).
- Ability to travel between company locations in Spain as needed.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required; German is a plus.
